Your role

We are looking for a dedicated  Account Manager (m/f/d) to support our mission to reimagine radiology and revolutionize the healthcare of tomorrow.  
You will be responsible for managing our existing clients, growing together, and taking our client relationships to the next level. 

Your responsibilities:
  • Account Management & Customer Support:

    • Creation and evaluation of analyses for the support and further development of customer relationships

    • Personal contact person for customer inquiries and operational matters

    • Continuous coordination with customers to ensure Raya meets their monthly supply needs.

    • Managing customer projects in collaboration with internal teams

  • Up- and cross-selling: Systematic identification and utilization of expansion and additional potential with existing customers based on own sales targets.

  • Derivation of recommendations for action: Development of measures for the continuous improvement of our service with the goal of customer satisfaction.

  • Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Collaboration with internal and external interface partners (e.g., Customer Support, Radiology, IT, Marketing) and ensuring a smooth flow of information.

Your profile:
  • Professional experience:  Several years of experience in a clinical environment, the hotel industry, account management, sales or in comparable fields - experience in the health/hospital sector is a great advantage.

  • Education: Completed vocational training is sufficient; a degree, e.g. in the economics field, is advantageous but not a requirement.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills: You are characterized by a structured, organized, and goal-oriented work style. Customer satisfaction and development are always your top priority.

  • Personal strengths: You have a quick grasp of things, initiative and a high level of commitment.

  • Stakeholder management: You represent the service-oriented approach with a cooperative demeanor while demonstrating an appropriate degree of assertiveness.

  • Manners: You impress with your professional, polite and precise manner of speaking.

  • Language skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written form (C1/C2).
