AmaliTech National Service Programme - 2026/27

AmaliTech's National Service Program is a free, 12-month, full-time, onsite skills development programme. It prepares recent university graduates for entry-level software and data engineering careers at AmaliTech.

Programme Overview

This program produces well-rounded engineering professionals with both the technical and soft skills needed to thrive in a dynamic tech environment. Consulting

(Product Owner | Project Manager | Business Analyst)

This specialisation focuses on strategy, delivery, and business alignment.

Please note: Consulting is a non-AI track.

Experience Engineering

(UI/UX | Frontend | Mobile)

Build intuitive digital experiences using modern technologies, enhanced by AI-assisted design and development tools.

System Engineering

(Backend | DevOps | Cybersecurity | Cloud)

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and AI-enabled systems, including automation and intelligent infrastructure.

Data Engineering

(Data | MLOps | QA)

Work with data platforms, machine learning pipelines, and AI-driven quality systems that power intelligent decision-making. 

Hiring Process

Aptitude Test: All applicants will answer 25 multiple-choice questions (MCQ) on five areas: Abstract Reasoning, Spatial Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning and General Knowledge in IT/Tech.

Specialisation Assessment: Based on the specialisation that one chooses, one is required to take the assessment of that specialisation.

Interview: Only applicants who attain both the pass scores in the Aptitude Test and Specialisation Assessment will be interviewed. The interview is a follow up on the Specialisation Assessment and to gauge the applicant on four areas: Technical Expertise, Leadership, Communication, Teamwork, and Collaboration.

Offer to Shortlisted Candidates: candidates marked for offer will receive an offer for national service with AmaliTech at one of our offices, Accra, Kumasi or Takoradi.

Qualifications:

Ghanaian citizen eligible for National Service for the 2026/2027 period

Majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Students from non-related fields with relevant certifications can apply

Existing experience in the specialisation being applied for is advantageous

Passionate about a career in software or data engineering at AmaliTech

Resident of, or able to relocate to, Accra, Takoradi, or Kumasi
