We are looking for a Cisco Secure Access (SSE / ZTNA) Specialist for our client to join their Security/Network function and strengthen secure access for users and applications. The assignment focuses on designing, deploying, and operating Cisco’s secure access stack to enable Zero Trust, secure remote access, and protected access to private and SaaS applications. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Cisco Secure Access and solid VPN design knowledge, including experience with Fortigate.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Cisco Secure Access solutions (SSE / ZTNA / SWG / DLP / CASB).

• Deploy and operate Cisco Secure Client / AnyConnect for secure remote access.

• Manage policies and integrations across Cisco Umbrella SIG and Cisco Duo (MFA / passwordless).

• Partner with Security, Endpoint, and Identity teams to deliver reliable, low-latency, and compliant access.

• Configure and maintain integrations with private applications and SaaS applications.

• Troubleshoot access issues and drive stable operations in production environments.

Requirements (Essential)

• Strong experience implementing and supporting Cisco Secure Access (SSE) solutions, including ZTNA and SWG.

• Hands-on experience with policy design and operations across:

  • Cisco Secure Access (SSE/ZTNA/SWG/DLP/CASB)

  • Cisco Secure Client / AnyConnect

  • Umbrella SIG

  • Duo MFA / passwordless

• Strong knowledge of VPN design and secure remote access patterns.

• Experience with Fortigate (design and/or operations).

• Ability to work cross-functionally with Security, Endpoint, and Identity teams.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and operational mindset.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience improving performance (latency) and user experience for secure access solutions at scale.

• Experience with compliance-driven access controls and DLP-related implementations.

• Experience with identity integrations (e.g., SSO and directory integrations) in secure access contexts.
