As our Corporate Accountant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial operations that make this work possible—helping build the financial foundation behind care that truly matters.

In this hands-on role, you’ll partner closely with the Controller to support day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and revenue cycle activities across Kindbridge USA (KUSA) and Kindbridge Behavioral Health (KBH). Your work will contribute to accurate financial reporting, operational excellence, and the continued growth of a mission-driven behavioral telehealth organization making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll support, and general ledger activities

  • Perform hands-on accounting tasks such as data entry, billing support, journal entries, and reconciliations

  • Assist with month-end and year-end close, including account reconciliations and journal entries

  • Support revenue cycle management (RCM) activities, including billing, collections, payment posting, and discrepancy resolution

  • Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP and internal policies

  • Enter, review, and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Assist with cash application, invoicing, and reconciliation of payer and patient accounts

  • Prepare financial schedules and reports for internal stakeholders and external audits

  • Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and billing teams to ensure accurate financial workflows

  • Identify and support process improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy across accounting and RCM functions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • 3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate, healthcare, or services environment

  • Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience required

  • Hands-on QuickBooks experience required

  • Working knowledge of GAAP and basic financial reporting principles

  • Experience supporting AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and data entry

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage routine, repeatable accounting tasks accurately

  • Experience with healthcare billing systems, EMRs, or practice management software preferred

  • Experience with KIPU or similar EMR platforms a plus
