As our Corporate Accountant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial operations that make this work possible—helping build the financial foundation behind care that truly matters.
In this hands-on role, you’ll partner closely with the Controller to support day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and revenue cycle activities across Kindbridge USA (KUSA) and Kindbridge Behavioral Health (KBH). Your work will contribute to accurate financial reporting, operational excellence, and the continued growth of a mission-driven behavioral telehealth organization making a real impact.
Support daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll support, and general ledger activities
Perform hands-on accounting tasks such as data entry, billing support, journal entries, and reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close, including account reconciliations and journal entries
Support revenue cycle management (RCM) activities, including billing, collections, payment posting, and discrepancy resolution
Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Enter, review, and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist with cash application, invoicing, and reconciliation of payer and patient accounts
Prepare financial schedules and reports for internal stakeholders and external audits
Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and billing teams to ensure accurate financial workflows
Identify and support process improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy across accounting and RCM functions
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate, healthcare, or services environment
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience required
Hands-on QuickBooks experience required
Working knowledge of GAAP and basic financial reporting principles
Experience supporting AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and data entry
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage routine, repeatable accounting tasks accurately
Experience with healthcare billing systems, EMRs, or practice management software preferred
Experience with KIPU or similar EMR platforms a plus
