Your role: As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will ensure efficient onboarding and seamless support by addressing customer concerns and coordinating internal processes between Sales, Service, and other departments. Your goal: satisfied customers who are delighted with our offering!
Your responsibilities:
Customer service: You are the first point of contact for our customers' follow-up inquiries and ensure optimal customer loyalty.
Sales & Service Interface: You support the Head of Sales in implementing customer requests and forward relevant inquiries to internal departments.
Service requests: You independently process selected service requests and find efficient solutions for our customers.
Optimization & proactive support: You identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling and actively support the implementation of these potentials, e.g. at bicycle trade fairs and kick-off days.
Customer satisfaction: Through your empathetic and structured work style, you ensure that our customers are delighted and work with us in the long term.
Initial experience in Customer Success Management, sales or customer service, ideally in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Structured and independent work style.

Technical understanding and affinity for digital tools.
Fluent German and English skills.

Independent of manufacturers and banks, we offer small-ticket leasing for private and business customers through German specialist retailers. Another important business segment is salary conversion leasing: employees convert part of their salary into e-bikes, e-scooters, or e-scooters. Our approximately 70 employees work in company-owned buildings with spacious offices in a very central location between Aegidienplatz and the main train station.
