BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Centre County and surrounding communities. In this position, you’ll work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and enjoy meaningful community experiences.
We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals in the following areas:

What You'll Do
Help individuals participate in community activities and outings
Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
Transport clients to appointments, errands, and activities
Empower individuals to reach their goals and grow more independent

What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
Ideal for paraprofessionals, special education majors, and behavioral health techs
Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients
