1datapipe, part of the Provenir Group, is seeking an experienced Director, New Partner Development to identify, contract, and grow net-new strategic partners for 1datapipe specifically outside of our existing and highly targeted partner network. This role is responsible for sourcing, closing, and ongoing relationship management for new partners, including expansion and revenue growth within those accounts.

This is a senior, revenue-owning role suited to a commercial leader with deep experience in global, enterprise-scale identity and data solutions, particularly in emerging markets.

Location: Ideally based on the U.S. East Coast, with flexibility for the right candidate.

Our core platform, Living Identity is a persistent, deterministic identity graph built on authoritative data sources, delivering decision-ready identity resolution for regulated enterprise workflows at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and close new strategic partner agreements outside of 1datapipe?’s current and actively targeted partner ecosystem.
• Own the full lifecycle of newly onboarded partners, including relationship management, commercial expansion, and revenue growth.
• Build trusted relationships with global identity providers, data platforms, and enterprise solution providers operating at scale.
• Structure and execute complex commercial agreements that unlock new markets, capabilities, and distribution opportunities.
• Directly contribute to revenue through partner-led deals and strategic collaborations.
• Establish clear commercial models, KPIs, and success metrics for new partner performance.
• Represent 1datapipe in select industry forums, partner meetings, and executive-level discussions as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or enterprise commercial roles within identity, data, fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Proven experience contracting and scaling global and enterprise data solutions, particularly identity-centric platforms.
• Strong background working with or alongside companies delivering large-scale identity solutions in emerging markets.
• Demonstrated ability to open new doors, build trusted senior-level relationships, and close complex, multi-party commercial agreements.
• Strong existing relationships and industry network across leading global identity and credit intelligence providers, enterprise data and analytics platforms, risk and fraud intelligence companies, payments and financial infrastructure providers, fintech platforms in regulated markets, systems integrators, and public sector identity ecosystems supporting large-scale national and enterprise identity programs.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and operate credibly across business, technical, and regulatory audiences.
• Highly execution-oriented, commercially driven, and comfortable operating with autonomy.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
