Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a skilled Electrical BIM Modeler to develop and coordinate electrical BIM models for various projects in India and USA both.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop Electrical BIM models in Revit.

• Model lighting, power, cable trays, conduits, panels, and ELV systems.

• Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs.

• Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines.

• Create and modify Revit families.

• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and QA/QC procedures.

• Assist in project estimation and documentation.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit (MEP).

• Must have experience handling USA projects independently

• Strong understanding of electrical systems.

• Experience in clash detection and coordination.

• Knowledge of BIM standards and construction documentation.

Location: Remote (For candidate in India)

                On-Site/Remote(For USA candidate both opportunities exist)
