Seenhealth
At Seen Health, we are revolutionizing the way senior care is delivered through the PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model. Backed by top VCs, Seen Health is a culturally-focused, technology-enabled healthcare organization that integrates comprehensive medical care and social support with a high-touch, interdisciplinary approach.
Our mission is to empower seniors to age-in-place with dignity and provide their families peace of mind. We are building upon a proven Home and community based services model to create a culturally-competent and scalable PACE program. We are also building a comprehensive operating system focused on data and workflows that span across systems, processes, people, and care contexts. We want to empower our clinicians and staff with tools that deliver relevant data at the time and site of care and enable them to deliver exceptional care to our participants, which improve clinical outcomes, participant & provider satisfaction, and ultimately our strength as an organization.
We are a mission-driven, multidisciplinary team with deep healthcare, technology, and operations expertise, each inspired by our own personal stories of caring for seniors in our lives. Our name, Seen Health, was chosen to reflect our commitment to provide the highest standard of care to underserved older adults while respecting and incorporating their individual beliefs, heritage, and values, so that they can truly be seen.
Overview
We’re hiring a Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager to be the operating backbone of our finance function. This is a generalist role in the truest sense — you’ll own the day-to-day financial operations, build processes from scratch, work directly with our Finance Lead and executive leadership, and help scale a lean but high-performing team. The right person doesn’t just report on what happened; they help determine what happens next.
This hire is a direct response to our growth: we need someone who can assume full ownership of financial operations. If you’ve thrived in a fast-moving environment and you know what “good” looks like at scale — this is your seat.
Key Responsibilities
Financial operations ownership: Take over and run all day-to-day finance operations — monthly close, billing, payroll, A/P, A/R, commissions, and cash management.
FP&A and reporting: Own financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Prepare investor, board, and management reporting with accuracy and clear financial narratives.
Accounting oversight: Support and eventually own accounting workflows in coordination with external accounting partners, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all healthcare financial reporting.
Process design & improvement: Evaluate current workflows in the first 30 days, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable process improvements within 90 days. You’re not inheriting a polished machine — you’re building one.
Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with Strategy, Operations and Expansion teams on pricing, gross-margin optimization, unit economics and growth opportunities.
Strategic support: Serve as a core partner to the Finance Lead and Executive Leadership Team on capital allocation, growth decisions, and financial strategy.
Technology & tooling: Evaluate, implement, and champion finance tech — including AI-powered tools — to drive operational efficiency and better financial intelligence.
