At IUGO, we're adding Fullstack Developers who already work in an AI-assisted way, incorporating artificial intelligence tools as a structural part of their technical workflow.
This role is geared towards professionals who use AI to design, implement, test, and evolve software with greater productivity and quality. 

What we are looking for: 

We want to add people who already work with tools such as:

• Cursor

• GitHub Copilot

• Claude

Environments with AI agents / sub-agents:
Use of reusable skills and automation

• Context engineering practices and structured context management

And also:

• Design prompts and iterative flows with technical criteria.

• Orchestrate agents or assistants for complex tasks.

• Know how to review, refine, and validate code generated by models.

• Use AI to accelerate testing, documentation, and refactoring.

• Make architectural decisions considering performance, safety, and maintainability.

• Have a genuine curiosity about the evolution of software engineering in the age of AI.

We're looking for technical maturity.
Years of experience help, but the difference lies in how you work today.

Typical Stack
We mainly work with:

• Frontend: React / Next.js

• Backend: Java (Spring Boot) y Node.js

• REST APIs, modern architectures, and cloud environments
