Job Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO, ProCogia is seeking a GTM Lead. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, data-driven B2B technology professional who combines Sales Leadership with hands-on demand generation experience and can serve as an operational growth partner. This is a hybrid role, with in-person presence at the Vancouver office expected 3 day/week.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute end-to-end demand generation programs — including LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, webinars, and content initiatives — to drive qualified pipeline for the GTM team
Manage and optimize HubSpot as the central CRM, ensuring data integrity, accurate pipeline tracking, and adoption across the sales organization
Build and maintain executive-level reporting dashboards covering pipeline health, campaign performance, win rates, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasts
Serve as the primary liaison to ProCogia's external marketing agency (Web Growth), overseeing campaign planning, budget allocation, performance reviews, and overall accountability
Lead revenue operations functions including sales forecasting, opportunity management, and pipeline analysis to support GTM decision-making
Coordinate and manage integrated marketing programs across digital channels (SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, email, landing pages) in partnership with the external agency
Support the planning and execution of events, partnerships, and outbound initiatives that expand ProCogia's presence across North American markets
Identify and report on key sales and marketing KPIs, translating data into actionable insights and investment recommendations for senior leadership
Collaborate directly with the CEO and executive team to align sales operations, marketing activity, and growth strategy — acting as an operational partner in weekly pipeline and performance reviews
Qualifications
5–7 years of B2B demand generation experience in a technology, software, AI, cloud, data, or consulting environment, with a track record of campaign ownership and measurable pipeline generation
Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, or a related field
Hands-on CRM expertise (such as HubSpot) including dashboard creation, opportunity and pipeline management, forecasting support, and workflow automation
Demonstrated experience in revenue operations and sales analytics — forecasting, win rate and conversion reporting, and KPI dashboard development
Experience managing external marketing agencies or vendors, including campaign planning, budget oversight, and performance accountability
Working knowledge of digital marketing channels including LinkedIn campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation
Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple initiatives simultaneously across sales, marketing, content, and executive reporting functions
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce executive-level content such as case studies, presentations, thought leadership pieces, and campaign messaging
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and experience measuring campaign ROI and business performance
Background in professional services, IT consulting, AI consulting, or systems integration; familiarity with utilization, billable resources, Statements of Work, and project-based selling is a strong asset
Executive presence and business acumen sufficient to serve as an operational partner to senior leadership, including the ability to independently report on pipeline health, campaign performance, and revenue forecasts
Ability to travel when required, including to the US.
Required Systems & Tools
CRM: HubSpot (required); Salesforce experience an asset
Marketing Automation / Cloud: Familiarity with enterprise marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, or SAP Marketing Cloud
Video & Virtual Selling Tools: Zoom or equivalent (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Google Meet)
ERP Systems: Working knowledge of at least one ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Compensation
Base salary $100,000 - $130,000, with performance bonus up to $35,000
