What you will be doing
Our Lead Engineer will lead and mentor the software engineering team, providing technical direction and ensuring effective execution. The Lead will partner closely with local leadership to contribute to strategic decisions and align engineering efforts with business goals.
Responsibilities
Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for solutions developed by the Ukraine-based team
Collaborate with global engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results and shape the product roadmap
Drive R&D initiatives, including rapid prototyping and validation of new capabilities
You should have the following
7+ years of commercial experience with C/C++
Engineering leadership experience (tech lead / team lead)
Experience in system design (embedded systems, distributed systems, hardware—software integration)
Strong understanding of embedded systems and ability to work on R&D-driven tasks
Strong communication skills and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
