Role Overview 

• Manager, General Administration ensures the smooth, efficient, and productive operation of an office by overseeing daily administration, facilities, staff support and employee benefits. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, ordering supplies, coordinating vendor services, implementing procedures, facilitating HR functions (onboarding/staffing), and maintaining a safe, organized, and positive office environment.

 What will you do?

• Overseeing office administration and daily operations

• Manage corporate documents, licenses, and internal controls

• Drive process improvement, policy development, and governance

• Oversee facilities, vendors, and fixed asset management

• Manage budgets, track expenses, and provide insights

• Partner with HR and Finance on office procurement related administration

• Coordinate cross-functional operations and internal services

• Execute employee benefits programs and company events

• Onboarding: Leading the "Coupang Leader Principle" for newcomers expacts (office tours, welcome lunch)

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years in office management coordination and with good communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• 5+ years in office administration or operations, with leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of procurement, vendor, and asset management

• Experience in budgeting and cost control

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with compliance or audit support

• Office relocation or expansion project experience

• Fluently English proficiency

Remuneration

• Monthly salary of more than NT$ 40,000 (fixed or variable salary varies depending on personal qualifications or performance)
