Overview

The Marketing Project Manager will own the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale, cross-channel marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for creating the project plan and keeping complex programs on track—aligning stakeholders across paid media, organic, social, influencer marketing, sales, and operations—while ensuring timelines, deliverables, and business objectives are met.

As a high-growth brand in the aesthetics space, we run complex, integrated marketing initiatives that span performance marketing, brand, social, influencers, and field operations. This is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership, exceptional organization,passion for documentation and the confidence to hold senior stakeholders accountable.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex, integrated marketing initiatives (campaigns, launches, brand moments, multi-market activations)

• Develop, maintain and manage detailed project plans, timelines, scopes, and dependencies across multiple teams

• Serve as the central point of project coordination between Marketing, Sales, Operations, Creative, Media, and external partners

• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints; propose and implement solutions

• Run project kickoffs, status meetings, and post-mortems with clear agendas and outcomes

• Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and tactical execution across all channels

• Track deliverables and deadlines, following up to ensure commitments are met—regardless of seniority

• Communicate progress, changes, and risks clearly to leadership and stakeholders

• Maintain documentation, workflows, and best practices to improve marketing operations over time

• Other tasks as assigned by management

Required Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of project management experience within marketing, growth, or brand teams

• Proven experience managing large, multi-channel marketing initiatives

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leaders

• Demonstrated ability to hold stakeholders accountable while maintaining strong working relationships

• Experience working cross-functionally with paid media, social, influencer, creative, sales, and operations teams

• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)

• Proven ability to breakdown complex projects and problems into clear, actionable and accountable elements across team and business

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)

• Push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation: 

$85-90K based on experience

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
