Philippines

Philippines, Latin America and South Africa (100% Remote) · Full-Time Independent Contractor · $1,200–$1,500 USD/month

Own the paid channels that drive hiring and growth. You plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and beyond — turning ad spend into measurable results for U.S.-based clients and CAS itself.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll manage paid advertising end-to-end — from campaign setup and creative coordination to daily optimization and performance reporting. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and takes full ownership of campaign performance.

Your responsibilities span paid advertising management, campaign strategy and coordination, conference and event support, and direct stakeholder communication with U.S.-based teams.

Full-time IC with exclusivity. No part-time or freelance engagements once hired.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Thinks analytically but executes with speed and reliability

  • Takes ownership of campaign performance and doesn't wait to be told when something needs fixing

  • Is comfortable with both the creative and data sides of paid advertising

  • Communicates proactively and keeps stakeholders informed

  • Wants to see their work directly drive hiring and growth outcomes

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Paid Advertising Management
Launch it, run it, improve it.

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms

  • Write and coordinate ad copy and creative assets in alignment with CAS brand standards

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimization adjustments to improve results

  • Track and report on key metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per lead

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and targeting to improve performance over time

Campaign Strategy & Coordination
Keep campaigns aligned with what matters.

  • Work with Leadership and Marketing teammates to align paid campaigns with hiring and growth priorities

  • Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables across active campaigns

  • Support Facebook and other social ad campaigns as needed

  • Assist with landing page coordination and lead tracking integrations

Conference & Event Support
Handle the details so nothing falls through.

  • Provide administrative support for conference planning and logistics as needed

  • Coordinate event-related marketing assets, registrations, and follow-up materials

  • Manage pre- and post-conference outreach and campaigns

Client & Stakeholder Communication
Be the confident voice behind the numbers.

  • Participate in meetings with U.S.-based stakeholders to provide campaign updates

  • Communicate performance results clearly and professionally via Zoom, Slack, and email

  • Ask clarifying questions to stay aligned on priorities and avoid miscommunication

03 WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns

  • Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals — targeting, bidding, creative, and conversion tracking

  • Comfort working with ad budgets and optimizing toward performance goals

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active campaigns simultaneously

  • Organized, reliable, and self-directed in a fully remote environment

  • Comfortable working on an EST 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule

  • Clear and confident English communication, written and verbal

  • Comfortable participating in live meetings with U.S. stakeholders

  • Coachable and open to feedback on communication style and campaign direction
