Job Summary

Responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packaging glass and/or metal products. Cross-training within the department may be required.

Please note: This position does not involve forklift operation.

The typical shift for this role is 7am-3pm, Monday - Friday. Overtime or a Saturday shift may be assigned as needed. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect workpieces for defects and verify specifications (dimensions, finish, placement)

• Use measuring tools to ensure products meet guidelines

• Buff minor defects as needed

• Label, stock, wrap, and prepare materials for shipment

• Perform basic equipment cleaning

• Handle physical tasks including lifting (up to 75 lbs), bending, and standing in a non-climate-controlled environment

• Maintain attention to detail and quality while working independently or on a team

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to read (or learn to read) a tape measure, including decimals and fractions
