WeGoo is expanding its nationwide delivery operations and is seeking a Nationwide Operations Associate to oversee regional logistics execution, partner coordination, and shipment flow across Ghana.

Role Overview

This role is critical to ensuring efficient processing, timely dispatch, partner performance management, and accurate reconciliation for all deliveries outside Accra.

2. Nationwide Shipping & Returns

3. Regional Partner Management

4. Account Closings & Reconciliation

5. Partner Recruitment & Training

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong organizational and coordination skills

2. Experience in logistics, dispatch, supply chain, or operations (preferred)

3. Ability to manage multiple partners across different regions

4. Strong communication and reporting skills

5. Comfortable working with data, reports, and reconciliation

6. High attention to detail and accountability
