We are seeking a Paid Search Marketer to support our paid search efforts on Google Ads and Bing Ads. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement paid search campaigns that align with business goals.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Craft compelling ad copy designed to drive clicks and conversions.
Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Implement A/B testing to refine ad copy, targeting strategies, and landing pages.
3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns
Deep understanding of paid search platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
Excellent copywriting skills for ad creation
Knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation techniques
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)
