This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through delivery. They operate in the technology and CRM consulting space and have experienced consistent growth in recent years by helping companies streamline operations through customized system implementations.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives on structure, clarity, and delivering measurable results. The Project Manager will oversee CRM implementation projects, coordinate with clients, and ensure timelines, scope, and communication remain aligned at every stage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SaaS and CRM implementation projects

• Lead needs analysis sessions and document functional requirements

• Build and monitor project timelines and milestones

• Track project health, risks, and overall delivery flow

• Coordinate closely with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses

• Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure deliverables align with agreed scope and business objectives

Requirements

Proven experience managing SaaS implementation projects

• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and deployment processes

• Experience with needs analysis and documentation

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining structure

• Data-driven mindset focused on outcomes and performance metrics

Qualifications

• Experience with Creatio CRM implementation is highly preferred

• Experience managing CRM projects such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Professional, structured, and detail-oriented approach

• Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently

• Ability to integrate well within a small, collaborative team environment
