Job Description

Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Remote

Salesforce Architect – Financial Cloud – More than client facing BU/Solution Architect.

• Architecture & Design: Create comprehensive design documents, data models, and system architecture for Salesforce implementations.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from business leaders and translate them into functional technical specifications.

• Technical Leadership: Guide developers, oversee code quality, and provide best practice recommendations.

• Integration & Customization: Design integrations with third party systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing Cloud) and configure complex solutions using declarative and programmatic tools.

• Governance & Strategy: Define data security, performance standards, and environment management (DevOps/CI/CD).

• Prototyping: Build Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Deep Salesforce Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform capabilities.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce data modeling.

• Architectural Skills: Knowledge of SaaS/PaaS principles, system integration patterns, and security models.

• Experience: Usually requires 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development or consulting, with previous architect experience preferred.

• Certifications: Often requires certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect.

• Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for executive stakeholders.
