• Experience in Configuring and Supporting Solution Manager

• Experience in setting up and troubleshooting BPM

• Experience on SAP Solman ITSM

• Experience in setting up Solution documentation and process management

• Configuring EWA alerts, End to End setup of Techmon and BPMon activities

• Should be able to present and interact business process owners in the environment

• Must have good working experience on other components of Solman system Admin and Monitoring, Remote Supportability, Solution Manager Work Centres.

• End to End set up of CHARM and Retrofit activities

• Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System.

• Managing SAP Operations, System Landscape Information, Template Management, Test Management activities.

• Knowledge on Focus Insights and Focus solutions

• Excellent documentation skills for configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of the environment.

• Experience in Configuring and Supporting Solution Manager CHARM

• Experience in setting up and troubleshooting CHARM functionality

• Experience in setting up Solution documentation and process management in SOLMAN.

• Experience in planning and execution of minor and major release cycles (Sustainment track and project track ) in coordination with release manger

• Experience in doing testing and do the documentation related with new enhancements with CHARM related functionality

• Configuring EWA alerts.

• Should be able to present and interact business process owners in the CHARM environment.

• Must have good working experience on trouble shooting the CHARM and Retrofit related problems and handle the support activities.

• Must have good working experience on other components of Solman Test Management, Remote Supportability, Solution Manager Work Centres.

• End to End set up of Retrofit process and support retrofit related activities

• Need to have experience to conduct the trainings specific to CHARM process and Retrofit process and guide the business process owners.

• Managing SAP Operations, System Landscape Information, Template Management, Test Management support activities.

• Knowledge on Focus Insights and Focus solutions
