Coast
Coast is re-imagining the trillion-dollar U.S. B2B card payments infrastructure, with a focus on the country’s 500,000 commercial fleets, 40 million commercial vehicles, and many millions of commercial drivers. The incumbent technologies that cater to these customers are decades old, and businesses with fleets increasingly demand modern digital experiences and transparent financial services products. Coast’s mission is to deliver this at a transformational scale, beginning with the Coast Fleet and Fuel Card built on a cutting-edge spend management platform.
Reporting to the Head of Talent, the Senior Recruiter (GTM) will be directly responsible for building out Coast’s core team in the company’s growth stage. The successful candidate will also contribute to the ongoing improvement and implementation of Coast’s recruiting motions in partnership with the team. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who can dig into the details, think creatively of solutions, and advocate for change when needed.
We're growing our GTM (Go-To-Market) function across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations. You'll partner closely with our talented senior leadership team to own hiring end to end and help build the team that powers our next chapter. While GTM is your primary focus, you may have the chance to support hiring across other teams over time. This is a role for someone who loves finding exceptional people, delivering a standout candidate experience, and helping fuel our growth. We're Series B and moving fast — this is a chance to make a real mark as we scale.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our SLC office.

Build a strong, diverse pipeline and hire quality talent across our GTM teams
