Job Description


The Senior Sales – US Market is responsible for driving revenue growth across the United States and North America for enterprise offerings, including cloud, e-commerce, ERP, and BPO solutions.

This role requires a seasoned enterprise solution seller with a proven track record of closing complex technology deals with mid-market and large enterprises in the US. The role owns the end-to-end sales lifecycle and works closely with cross-functional teams to support sustained regional growth.


Roles & Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the US and North America

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and closure

  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders across IT, Finance, Operations, Digital, and Transformation functions

  • Consistently achieve assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets

Solution Selling & Client Engagement

  • Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand client business processes, challenges, and transformation goals

  • Position cloud, ERP, e-commerce, and BPO solutions as strategic business enablers

  • Lead solution demonstrations in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams

  • Develop compelling proposals, business cases, and ROI-driven value narratives

Pipeline & Forecast Management

  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong, predictable enterprise sales pipeline

  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting through CRM tools

  • Track deal progression, conversion metrics, and sales cycle timelines

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing to support US-focused demand generation and campaign initiatives

  • Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to align solutions with customer requirements

  • Ensure seamless handover to delivery and customer success teams post-closure


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets for the US market

  • New logo acquisition and qualified pipeline creation

  • Lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion rates

  • Pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and CRM compliance

  • Contribution to scalable, repeatable enterprise sales motions in the US
