We are currently looking for Senior TIBCO Spotfire Developer

Tibco Spotfire Developer JD:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior TIBCO Spotfire Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data visualization, advanced data modeling, and integration with SAP HANA Cloud and Mulesoft APIs. This role requires hands-on experience with Spotfire front-end development, scripting, and dashboard optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using TIBCO Spotfire.

• Implement advanced data modeling solutions using SAP HANA Cloud.

• Integrate data sources and APIs using Mulesoft and SAP CAP (Node.js + UI5).

• Manage and optimize Spotfire Infolinks and data connections.

• Develop custom scripts using IronPython, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within Spotfire.

• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and logs using Kibana.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver insights.

• Leverage HR domain knowledge to build relevant analytics solutions.

Required Skills (Must Have):

• TIBCO Spotfire (front-end development + Infolink management)

• IronPython scripting in Spotfire

• HTML + CSS for Spotfire customization

• JavaScript (Spotfire)

• Advanced data modeling with SAP HANA Cloud

• SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) – Node.js + UI5

• Mulesoft API integration

• SQL proficiency

• Kibana for log analysis and request tracking

Preferred Skills (Should Have):

• Experience with SAP HANA Cloud Data Lake

• HR domain knowledge and analytics use cases

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in BI development with a focus on TIBCO Spotfire.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
