Role Overview:

As a Shop Drawings/Takeoffs Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in generating glass takeoff shop drawings, CAD designs, and precise estimates for windows, doors, and other architectural elements. Your expertise will guide projects from conception to execution, ensuring accuracy at every stage.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed glass takeoffs shop drawings that align with project specifications.

• Develop CAD drawings for windows, doors, and other architectural components.

• Prepare accurate takeoffs and estimates for construction projects.

• Collaborate with designers and contractors to ensure seamless execution.

• Utilize tools such as CAD, Plan Swift, MS Excel, and SketchUp to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in shop drawings and takeoffs.

• Proficiency in CAD, Plan Swift, MS Excel, and SketchUp.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Benefits

Location: Work from Home

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Time)
