About this role

Zof AI is seeking high-potential Software Engineers who are early in their careers but demonstrate exceptional curiosity, discipline, and learning velocity. This role is designed for builders who want to grow quickly, work closely with senior engineers, use AI tools deeply, and contribute to meaningful product development from the beginning.

Responsibilities

• Build product features with guidance from senior engineers.

• Use AI tools to accelerate learning and execution.

• Contribute to frontend, backend, testing, and internal tooling.

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

• Improve through fast feedback and disciplined practice.

• Document work clearly.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver with consistency.

Requirements

• Strong programming fundamentals.

• Evidence of projects, internships, open-source work, or self-directed learning.

• High learning velocity.

• Strong curiosity about AI and software products.

• Willingness to use AI tools deeply.

• Clear communication.

• Discipline and reliability.

• Ability to work in a high-performance environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, Prisma, Postgres, or similar technologies.

• Experience using Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools.

• Portfolio or GitHub projects.

• Interest in AI agents, testing, quality automation, or developer tools.
