Alta Ares is an air defense Neoprime. We build AI-guided interceptors to counter drones and cruise missiles, along with the software platform that powers them.

Our customers are NATO-aligned militaries and defense institutions, and our systems are regularly deployed during live exercises and operational demonstrations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Founded in 2024, we have grown to 90 people, raised over $60M, and increased revenue 40× this year. We are now entering a new phase of international expansion, industrial scaling, fundraising, and product development.

Who We're Looking For

We are always interested in outstanding profiles across our core domains:

• Engineering & Technology Embedded software, avionics, computer vision, real-time AI/ML, robotics, high-speed interceptor systems, RF systems, systems engineering

• Defense & Operations Former military officers and NCOs, defence programme managers, field operators, C-UAS or ISR specialists

• Sales & Business Development Defence sales, NATO/EU/UK institutional BD, capture management, strategic partnerships

• Product & Data Product managers with hardware/software experience, data scientists, MLOps engineers

• Corporate Functions Finance, legal, HR, operations, communications — with a strong preference for profiles with defence or deeptech exposure
