Overview: The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for interviewing, staffing, and matching ABA therapists/behavior technicians with clients based on availability, needs, and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview and assign behavior technicians (BTs) to clients based on scheduling needs and skill alignment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff schedules and ensure proper coverage for all cases.
Communicate with families and staff to expedite the initial onboarding (Meet & Greet, paperwork..) and confirm staff placements by sending out team Case Coordination emails.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Support new hires through the onboarding process
Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency in managing staffing needs
Empathetic and professional communicator when working with families and therapists
Strong judgment and decision-making skills to accurately match the right therapist to the right family
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
