Requirements for the candidate:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Publisher Manager, at least 2 years in a leadership position.

• Experience with CPM, CPC and flat deals is mandatory.

• Proven experience in hunting direct publishers with own sites is a must.

• Driven, enthusiastic team player and drive for achieving results.

• Strong communication skills in an international environment.

• English level from upper-intermediate to advanced.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships

• Daily and monthly monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success and identify areas for improvement

• Be a leader for the team of publisher manager: hire, onboard, train, share experience, support and oversee reporting

• Collaborate with the advertisers' managers team and work in synergy to achieve the project's common goals

• Attend industry conferences and industry events (when required)

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
