Workday Int egrations Specialist (contract to hire)

Role Overview

This role supports a Workday implementation and assumes long-term ownership and support of the integration landscape post-deployment to help ensure integration delivery, stabilization, and ongoing production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support inbound and outbound Workday integrations during implementation and post go-live

• Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integrations

• Shadow existing implementation resources and participate in knowledge transfer

• Assist with cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities

• Assume long-term ownership of approximately 30 Workday integrations

• Monitor, support, and enhance integrations in production

• Maintain documentation and operational procedures for integrations

• Partner with internal teams on future integration enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday integrations experience

• Experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, APIs, and/or EIBs

• Strong troubleshooting and testing skills

• Strong communication and documentation abilities

• Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of integrations

• Ability to support US East Coast working hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Pro Integration certification

• Experience supporting post-go-live Workday environments

• Experience with Payroll, Benefits, HCM, or Financials integrations
