Role: Senior Fullstack Developer (Independent Contractor)
Location: Remote (South Africa-based only)
Engagement: Independent Contractor | 3–6 Month Contract (must be able to invoice monthly))

Role Summary

InspiredXpert is looking for a senior full stack developer to support a high-impact client project on a contract basis. This role suits an experienced consultant with strong backend .NET expertise, solid modern JavaScript frontend skills, and comfort working independently in complex, distributed systems. You’ll be joining a client-facing IT services environment, working remotely but closely with technical and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable APIs and services using .NET Core

• Build responsive UIs using Angular or React

• Work with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

• Manage data via MongoDB and Redis

• Leverage Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines for deployment

• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions

• Contribute to architectural decisions, reviews, and technical best practices

Essential Skills & Experience

• 10+ years’ experience as a full stack developer in consulting or services environments

• Advanced .NET Core, C#, WebAPI, SQL Server

• Strong JavaScript (React or Angular), HTML, CSS

• Experience with Kafka, MongoDB, Redis, or RabbitMQ

• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD practices

• Excellent communication, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
